Early last month, HTC launched the ChaCha a.k.a the Facebook phone in the Philippines in one grandiose event that we dare say is the most star-studded occasion we've been to. While other launches may feature one, two, maybe three celebs, HTC's local ChaCha launch included dozens of stars, both young and old, past and present. Needless to say, the Taiwanese-titan threw one hell of a party during that night.
Your hardworking Techie team was in the middle of the event to work and, later on, to party (we've got to have some fun too, you know). Sure, the ChaCha was the true star of the party (after all, it was its launch) but we also set our sights on the many local celebrities who graced the event. So, like our dear brothers and sisters from Pep.ph, we got our paparazzi mode on, ogled and took pictures of the personalities in the launch while asking them a question or two about the HTC's new handsets.
