VIDEOS OF THE DAY: iPhone 4 antenna song and Steve Jobs as Darth Vader

The iPhone 4 is once again in the limelight after Steve Jobs informed everyone of his magical simple solution of giving away bumpers to iPhone 4 owners while trying to drag other handset manufacturers into the craphole that they're in. So it's really no surprise that a couple of videos related to the antenna saga are now making their rounds on the Web. We're sharing 2 of them with you, Techies – all for your viewing pleasure.

iPhone 4 antenna song

Created by Jonathan Mann, a self-proclaimed Apple fanboy, the catchy 2-minute composition describes the whole iPhone 4 antenna issue, from the death grip to the media supposedly blowing the issue out of proportion. In true fanboy style, Mann defends the iPhone 4 and dismisses the antenna problem as pointless. His message to all haters? "If you don't want an iPhone 4, don't buy it." And get this: The song was played during last Saturday's press conference – before Steve Jobs took the stage. Good choice for an anthem.

Steve Jobs as Darth Vader

Here, we have Steve Jobs defeating Bill Gates in a lightsaber match and getting the Darth Vader hoodie that gives him absolute power. He then proceeds to go after those who question him and his iPhone 4. The narration's in Chinese, but if you've followed the iPhone 4 antenna saga, then you can get past the language barrier. Warning: Some statements in the video are questionable, like the police raiding Gizmodo editor Jason Chen's house to force him to hand over the phone prototype, but what the hell, let's all watch this just for the fun of it. One of our favorite parts is when Jobs cut off a guy's finger, and the voice-over says that it's not Stevie's fault, but the customer's hand. Yowza.
