Diamond-encrusted iPad is flashy, still lacks Flash

It seems someone decided Steve Jobs' blabber praises for the iPad weren't enough and decided to bling it up a notch. Introducing the diamond-encrusted iPad set to make you think that gadgets can really be needlessly expensive.

The diamond-encrusted iPad is being sold by a company named Mervis. According to the company's website, the iPad is covered in 11.43 carats of diamonds, hand-set in micro-pave styling. It still has the regular iPad's features though we're not sure if it belongs to the 3G or Wi-Fi only category.

As for the pricing, it is being sold for the handsome sum of $19,999. That's about P940,000. Very expensive, though not nearly as expensive as this bad boy.
