Coming to an iPhone, iPod touch near you: 'Plants vs. Zombies'
Prepare your fingers for some zombie bashin' as PopCap Games' Plants vs. Zombies will be coming to the iPhone and iPod touch starting next week. Watch the video below for the trailer.
According to PopCap Games' Twitter page, iPhone and iPod touch owners will be able to download Plants vs. Zombies on the App Store starting February 15. The game is said to be perfect for the 2 Apple devices because of its simple gameplay and addictive nature; one which you'd like to play while, say, waiting for your girl to finish shopping at Robinsons Galleria.
For those unfamiliar with Plants vs. Zombies, it is a tower-defense game released in May last year wherein players have to kill off attacking zombie hordes using plants that do a variety of things, from providing sunshine (sunflowers) to squashing enemies (squash). The zombies aren't to be underestimated, though, as they come in a lot of forms. There are simple buckethead zombies, giant Gargantuars, and even moonwalking Michael Jackson zombies. Wohoo!
