ELECTION 2010: Gordon not impressed with number of Aquino's Facebook supporters

Apparently, somebody isn't impressed with Senator Noynoy Aquino's success in getting supporters on Facebook for the upcoming Philippine presidential elections. Senator Dick Gordon recently gave Noynoy a piece of his mind regarding the matter.
In a statement, Gordon (yeah, we'll call him that instead of his nickname for obvious reasons) said, “It is not Facebook that matters here. It is not your face that matters. It is the book of accounts. Where is the book of accounts on these people? Nasaan ang accountability ng mga taong ito? Kapag nagsilbi ka, dapat may maipapakita kang nagawa mo [Where is the accountability of these people? If you have served, then you should show results]."
Gordon also pointed out Noynoy's supposed lack of accomplishments in the political arena, asking what law he has passed that the people have felt. Ooh, classic Gordon quip. And we don't even know yet if the numbers would translate into votes on D-Day.
The late President Cory Aquino's son is reportedly leading the race to get supporters on Facebook by a large margin with 210,988, followed by Senator Manny Villar with 158,016 (plus 2,756 in two other accounts) and Gibo Teodoro with 26,907. Gordon, on the other hand, has 2,894 supporters – just a tiny speck of Noynoy's FB cult followers.
