There's a Windows Phone Asia page in Facebook land, and as the name suggests, it's "the center of all things related to Windows Phone serving the Asia Pacific region." Why did we discover this only recently?! Maybe we weren't looking hard enough.
Here are the stuff that you can find there:
- Applications – Download the latest applications on the Windows Marketplace for Mobile directly from the Facebook page.
- Devices – View information on current and upcoming mobile devices that are/will be running Windows Mobile.
- Tips and tricks – The page will be updated with useful tips on how you can get more out of your smartphone.
- Promotions and contests – The part where you go, "Aaaaaahhhh, I want a free (insert item) now!"
Speaking of contests, there's an ongoing 2010 FIFA World Cup promo on the fan page. Just choose which team you think will win in particular a World Cup match, guess the first scorer of each game, and if you're really as good as Madame Auring, then you might win a limited-edition Puma World Cup commemorative T-shirt.
