The LG X120's aesthetics win it high marks. And while its specs – 1.6-GHz Intel Atom CPU, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, and WSVGA screen with 1,024 x 600 format – may not be groundbreaking, the netbook's real hatak is the Splashtop feature. Minutes of waiting for the computer to boot translate to a grueling yet commonplace experience. You'll rejoice to know that with the X120, you can check your favorite sites just seconds after pressing the Power button. What's more, other programs installed outside the Windows XP system will work during the preboot. The LG X120, launched at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, is the second netbook to feature Splashtop, after the Lenovo IdeaPad S10.
