LG's HT964TZ goes great with steak and potatoes

You probably don't need to have taken art appreciation 101 to see that the LG HT964TZ looks like a set of wine glasses. You will however, need to figure out how you're going to make it blend into your living room.
The HT964TZ is a pretty standard 5.1-channel speaker set with DVD upscaling (1080p) capabilities via HDMI. But unlike others in its class, it has seven sound modes that let you instantly tweak audio settings to presets like "Night Mode" and "Game Equalizer" which we assume mean "quiet" and "OMFG LOUD").
Like the Scarlet LH70, the HT964TZ is audio-tuned by Mark Levinson himself so we guess that means it sounds great -- which it should.
The set definitely looks sexy but the trouble with getting one of these designer gadgets is that they often stand out like pretty pinkies and make everything else in your living room look like sore thumbs. Time to sell that old rattan sofa and get yourself a La-Z-Boy.
