RUMOR: Smaller iPads with OLED displays coming Q4 of 2010?

According to tech site DigiTimes, 7-inch and 5.6-inch models are in the works and should arrive this holiday season. Apple is said to be working on a larger 9.7-inch version, too, and this one should be available next year.
The smaller iPads are purportedly targeted at ebook users, perhaps in response to compact, Android-touting tablets like the Dell Streak.
The rumor came from Taiwanese component makers who also claimed that Apple has placed orders for OLED displays with Taiwan-based company Compal.
Take this with a grain of salt, though, as DigiTimes' own senior analyst, Mingchi Kuo, pointed out that OLED displays are not as ubiquitous as LEDs or LCDs. Even the world's largest OLED display maker, Samsung, is having difficulty keeping up with its own demands. He also said that Compal might not be interested in the iPad offer, as making the tablets would net them smaller margins compared to what the company gets out of making notebooks.
Well, we guess we'll know the answer by the end of the year then.
