The Canon lens 'thermos' is the best swag ever!
The lucky bastards who covered the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver were treated to a pleasant surprise by Canon. All media personnel at the press center were given their very own 70-200mm f/4 EF L-series lens as a thank you by the imaging giant.
Ok, before you freak out and yell "payola!" we should probably mention that they weren't really lenses, but coffee mugs shaped like an L-series lens (actual L-lenses sell for about P50,000 and above). Still, they look a lot like the real thing making them great conversation pieces during your next cup of coffee with your friends.
They haven't shown up on eBay or Amazon just yet but we're quite sure a lot of you would want to snag one for yourselves a.s.a.p. Let us know if you got one!
