From your friendly(?) local one-stop tech shop comes another gadget that we knew was coming. Techies, say hello to the Fastpad, a 7-inch Android tablet that tells us CD-R King does sell everything, even windmills!
Now let's take a peek on what the Fastpad has to offer, shall we? The tablet comes with a 1GHz ARM Cortex-A8, 512MB DDR2 RAM, a 7-inch 800 x 400 capacitive touchscreen and provisions for Wi-Fi connectivity, HDMI port, 4GB of internal storage and Android 2.2 Froyo. As for the rest of the specs, see below.

Yep, those are not exactly awe-inspiring specs that can stand toe-to-toe with what the latest tablets have to offer. But hey, you'll only have to pay P8,800 for the Fastpad! That's dirt-cheap compared to its siblings from big-named companies. Just don't ask us if it'll last a long time. Durability and longevity aren't exactly the strong suits of CD-R King devices, you know.
UPDATE: Upon further research, we found out that the Fastpad could be the re-branded version of the DroPad, a China-made tablet that looks like a giant iPhone.
