When it comes to desktop replacements, they don't come any more beastly than Maingear's new eX-L 18 gaming notebook - and we mean that in the best of ways. Good luck trying to top this for the next few months weeks days...
Spec'd to bursting, this gaming god boasts two Nvidia GeForce GTX 280M GPUs (SLI-enabled, no less), an 18.4-inch 1920x1080-pixel full HD screen, 8GB of DDR3-1333 RAM, and three solid state drives that will guarantee you will never have to see the light of day ever again.
The catch to this Alienware-shamin' computer is the base price of $2,999 (around P150,000). Mind you, base price refers to the lowest configuration. Should you choose to scrimp, this rig won't be the world's fastest but it will still be pretty respectable.
You may have never heard of the brand and that's because Maingear has no presence in the Philippines (aww). Then again, there's always Johnny Air.
